I finished this quilt. I used a dark blue and medium blue for the border, and a bright orange for the binding. This is one of my favorite quilts I have ever made - I love the visual interest.
I've started on another book for my sister's kids. I mailed off that last one after doing a really bad binding job with HVAC tape, hot glue, Ziploc bags (don't ask), and paper.
